what does my first session look like?

following check in and paperwork with the help of our support staff, your first session will be a comprehensive evaluation completed by one of our staff physical therapists. They will assess and determine areas of impaired range of motion, strength and function and lay out a treatment plan to help your individual impairments. the first session will also include intial treatment to help start your recovery!

what insurances do you accept?

Medicare, medicaid, workers comp, independent health, mvp, excellus, highmark bcbs, fidelis, optum, tricare, aetna, ash. inquire via “contact us” for more details/to see if your insurance not mentioned is covered!

what paperwork do i need to complete?

Our front desk staff will direct you in completing any paperwork you may need to complete. we ask you arrive at lease 15 minutes early to your first session to complete this.

what should i wear to my sessions?

you should come to each session with loose fitting shorts or sweatpants, along with a dry pair of sneakers to exercise in! Women should try to wear sports bras or tank tops to facilitate easier manual treatment to areas like the neck and shoulder. private treatment rooms are always available at all our locations.

can i schedule online?

no. please call or schedule your next appointment prior to leaving your current appointment.

what are my options if you don’t accept my insurance?

there are multiple options.

1. we can do a cash rate for your pt treatment. inquire with our office for specifics.

2. we can bill your insurance for the out of network coverage. patients are responsible for the difference in price if out of network does not cover in full.

do you offer anything other than traditional pt services?

do i need a doctor script?

in the state of ny we can legally treat you for 10 sessions or 30 days, whichever hits first. despite this, we will get a doctor scrpit on file for all patients for the best quality of care. our support staff will work with you and your doctor to get this paperwork. Be sure to consult with your insurance provider as well.
